This hotel is located in a very convenient area, just a short walk from many local attractions. the room is clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. the complimentary breakfast is delicious and a great way to start the day. the hotel features some nice facilities, including a welcoming lobby and comfortable lounge area.
The water pressure in the shower can be a bit weak at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the linens and bed were the nicest we've had. The hotel facilities and amenities were of high quality, and the convenient location allowed us to walk to nearby attractions like Mercado Juárez, Teleferrico, Plaza de Armas/Museo Arocena/Canal de la Perla in just a few minutes. The staff, especially Mitchel, were helpful and provided us with valuable advice and information.

The location was very convenient, just a short walk away from some great tourist spots. The staff were also polite and welcoming. the room and bedding were clean and well-maintained.
My Christmas stay experience was marred by a few negative aspects. The hotel required extra payment upon check out, claiming it was their policy for extra guests, even though they were included in my reservation.
